01 — Program Description
BILTIN LLC ("BILTIN," "we," "us") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, service reminders, and follow-up on individual services. Messages are sent from a dedicated BILTIN phone number through the Twilio platform.
This program is not used for bulk marketing. You will only receive messages directly relevant to your engagement with BILTIN.
02 — Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service requests and scheduled appointments. You may receive up to 4 messages per month under normal circumstances. During an active project, frequency may be slightly higher to keep you informed.
03 — Opting In

You opt in to BILTIN SMS communications by providing your phone number during a consultation, via the contact form at getbiltin.com, or by verbally confirming consent when scheduling service. Consent is never required to receive BILTIN services — it is always your choice.
opt-out/Help
Reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all BILTIN SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

04 — Costs & Carrier Responsibility
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. BILTIN does not charge for SMS communication — any costs are between you and your carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you are not receiving messages, please check with your carrier or contact us directly.
05 — Your Data
We collect only the information necessary to deliver the services you've requested. Your phone number and message history are used solely to communicate with you about BILTIN services. Your mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

06 — Supported Carriers
BILTIN SMS works with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers. Availability may vary on smaller networks.
07 — Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve or if regulations change. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via SMS before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
